

Purpose of Course
To assist the ambitious real estate agent in becoming professionally capable and at ease when helping principals sell and purchase properties in Common Interest Developments (CID), including PUDs and condominiums, and in the process, gain the ability to market and be rewarded as a Certified Condominium Specialist.
We are here to help you get trained in the anatomy of CID ownership and sales, and to assist you to expand your communication and administrative skills as a Certified Community Associations Agent®.
By becoming a Certified Condominium Specialist and specializing in condominium sales, your work as a Realtor® will stand out from the crowd.
You’ll be able to complete more sales, more quickly as you demonstrate a higher level of knowledge, skill, diplomacy, and professionalism in arranging smooth, well managed CID sales, leases, rentals, and closings
